The Right Royal Winthrop Bake Off – Saturday 4th June 2022
Winthrop is already welcoming entries for the Right Royal Winthrop Bake Off which will take place at Winthrop on Saturday 4th June 2022 and is part of our Platinum Jubilee Celebrations
It’s free to enter and entries are welcomed from Under and Over 14’s alike in the following categories:-
Cakes and Buns;
Scones and Biscuits;
Preserves (which can include jams, chutneys, marmalades, pickles etc)
and finally – ‘A Bake fit for a Queen’
The more creative and interesting the better as long as the entry has been baked by the entrant, or in the case of an entrant age 14 or under – with appropriate adult supervision
Entry forms can be picked up from Winthrop or there is one below. They need to be returned to Winthrop by / before 27th May
Bake Off entries can be delivered to Winthrop on Friday 3rd June between 3pm and 6pm or Sat 4th June between 8am and 9am.

PRIZES
First prize in each category – A copy of our Platinum Jubilee Recipe Book
At the conclusion of judging cakes etc will be cut and offered as refreshments in return for a donation to raise funds for Winthrop Gardens
